July is always the month to be relished by Rotaractors. For many of them, it’s the time of the year to learn from the lessons of the previous year, and apply them in braving new challenges this year. Proudly raising the banner #LifeChanging, everyone appeared to be in transition of becoming more fearless, beautiful, and goal-driven.

If there’s a single person who masters the ropes of inspiring changes to her constituents, it must be Chi-Chi Dublin, the President of Rotaract Club of Caloocan. With a pristine and gallant appearance of a leader, Chi-Chi is ready to maneuver the club towards changes. And if ever you are wondering about those major revamps, do not fret because many of them will surely be remarkable. Imagine her term as a history in the making.

Chi-Chi best described herself as someone who is optimistic, supportive, and motivated. With the drive to serve her communities and their underrepresented sectors, she is firm that RAC Caloocan can make great future leaders. Truth be told, Chi-Chi knows by heart that helping is both a source of her happiness and her life purpose. Contrary to the opinions of many that helping is hardly possible with scarce resources, she has always believed that the willingness to help and address the demands of the masses is more than enough to make any goals possible. You just need that spirit to defy the odds and work hand-in-hand with your team.

Cooperation is among the most important ingredients of serving the people. The world has already witnessed how miscommunication delays the objectives of the communities, leaving the rest of them demotivated and fearful. Those are the very things Chi-Chi aims to avoid during her leadership term. For her, it is important that all ideas are expressed and no members are barred from speaking or contributing to the deliberation of ideas and plans. No one should then feel uncomfortable from participating, regardless of their position in the organization.

The tagline “Communication is the key” holds firm in this upcoming term. With the best of their abilities, Chi-Chi and her team are more than ready to take action. Their goals, which are always pro-people, are already laid out. All they need is your willingness to accept those changes. After all, the CH in Chi-Chi stands for change.

So, are you ready?
